A little insight in to how Bali became what it is today....

Bali Cardiff was created and setup by Bodor Miah. He found that there was a limited amount of restaurants specialising in malaysian, singaporean and bali food. He realised that there was a gap in the market for him to create a business venture, and this became Bali.

Bodor researched many traditional dishes and brought them all to south wales. This makes up a large portion of the menu you see today. The menu is crafted to give you the customers that essence of bali bringing in the malayian style and way of cooking.
